MoneySense recently published a report for helping new immigrants decide which Canadian city to make their home. The report has the same categories as their Best Places to Live ranking but added adjustments to reflect the interests and needs of immigrants. Extra points were given for a large percentage of residents who speak languages other than French or English and also increased the importance of low unemployment rates, access to an airport, and affordable rent.
